More about
Casa La Via
When we first visited Casa La Via (during the pandemic!), we immediately fell in love with the villa for the same reasons so many guests loved it. We are likewise committed to providing our guests with a first-class experience and are thrilled to be able to engage the same property manager and staff. An indispensable member of the team is Wilma, our housekeeper, who has cared for the villa as if it were her own as long as the house has been standing. She keeps the villa spotless and in immaculate condition. Upon arrival, she will even have her homemade guacamole and pico de gallo waiting for you to enjoy. Wilma is a true gem and the backbone of what makes the villa extraordinary.
Casa La Via was designed and built in 2008 by the previous owners, Roger and Nadya and local architect Enrique Alcaraz, known for his flair for casual elegance and Mayan design. In addition to enjoying the villa as their vacation retreat, Roger and Nadya also offered the villa as a vacation rental. With the assistance of a local and dedicated property manager and staff, they provided first-class service to their guests, as evidenced by countless 5 star reviews left by happy guests.
“Casa La Via is a truly exceptional hideway where you will make memories to last a lifetime. We welcome you to come and enjoy our home and make it your tropical paradise!”
